At Karramba, we believe that the best gatherings happen around a full table.
To ensure everyone can enjoy their visit, we’ve established a few simple rules.

Some important information:
• Standard reservation time is 2 hours. If you’re planning a longer feast, please let us know.
• Reservations are valid for 15 minutes from the scheduled time. After this time, the table may be transferred to the next guest – the devil hates empty tables.
• We don’t guarantee a specific table, but we always try to find the best possible seat for you.
• We’re happy to split the bill between 6 people.
• For groups of 8 or more, we add a 10% service fee.
• We charge a service fee of PLN 10/person for serving a cake

When booking, please provide:
• date and time of visit
• number of guests
• name of the person making the reservation
• contact phone number
Group Reservation Policy
• Group reservations require a deposit of PLN 50 per person.
• The deposit is included in the final bill.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
• Reservations are valid for 15 minutes from the scheduled time.
• For groups of 8 or more, a 10% service fee is added to the bill.
• For larger gatherings, we recommend planning the menu in advance, so the kitchen can prepare your meal even more efficiently.
• If the number of guests changes, please notify us at least 24 hours before your visit. • If some guests do not show up without prior notice, the restaurant may charge a 50 PLN fee for the missed seat – this is compensation for the table excluded from the reservation for other guests. The restaurant has the right to cancel the reservation for some missing guests after 15 minutes by reducing the number of tables and seats by the number of missing guests. In such case, the deposit for the no-show will be forfeited.
• Any deviations from these regulations must be agreed upon with the restaurant manager and confirmed in writing or by email by both parties.
